The current KP Caretaker Chief Minister, Justice (retired) Syed Arshad Hussain Shah, has given information regarding the province government's ongoing attempts to carry out the "Khushal Pakhtunkhwa Initiative."

This program aims to empower young people by providing them with training and skills that are specifically designed to meet the needs of global employment markets.

Justice Arshad made a big announcement when he presented the Human Capital Export Strategy, which sets a high target of training and sending 500,000 youth from the province abroad each year with the main intention of improving their employability and opening doors for them in different foreign countries.

As the Chief guest at the 10th Parents Day celebration at Karnal Sher Khan Cadet College Swabi, the chief minister revealed these plans.

Justice Arshad stressed in his speech the critical role that young people play as priceless assets for the country and as future leaders, emphasizing the need for them to concentrate on their education, put in a lot of effort, and get ready for the responsibilities that come with helping to develop the nation as a whole.

Justice Arshad also emphasized the government's commitment to placing a high priority on youth welfare, which suggests a more comprehensive approach to ensure not only economic empowerment but also the general welfare and development of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa's younger population.

The programs listed demonstrate a proactive commitment to meeting youth needs, connecting them with global opportunities and highlighting their critical role in the region's future development and advancement.
