Hafeez Brings back Fitness Test System, Stopped by Babar Azam and Mickey Arthur.

Mohammad Hafeez, Director Cricket, has created tough fitness criteria for players amid internal conflicts among PCB executives.

Muhammad Hafeez, Director of Pakistan Cricket, has reintroduced fitness tests for players in a bid to address the declining fitness and fielding standards within the Pakistani cricket team. The move comes after previous team management, including Babar Azam and Mickey Arthur, had halted the series of fitness assessments.

Hafeez has voiced concerns about the obesity of certain players and stressed that there will be no compromising on fitness moving forward. He will supervise the establishment of an extensive fitness program, with exams planned ahead of future series tournaments. Players who do not fit the requirements will not be chosen, and strict policies will be implemented by the team to enhance overall fitness.

To make matters worse, internal board conflicts over Director International Usman Wahla's NOC policy decisions continue, and Muhammad Hafeez is up against resistance from Chief Operating Officer Salman Naseer and a few other board officials when attempting to organize a press conference regarding his visit to Australia and New Zealand.
